A minimum of three months of coaching is recommended in order to experience the benefits of health coaching. Based on research, it takes a minimum of 3 months to develop lasting change in habits. Each client receives a complementary 20-minute initial consultation before the coaching agreement is made. The first session is approximately 75 minutes, and subsequent sessions are between 30-60 minutes, depending on the package.
